Degree in International Relations from the University of Minho, Portugal. Lecturer and lecturer of Political Science / Constitutional Law and Human Rights at the Faculty of Law and International Relations of Universidade Lusíada. Founding Member and Former President of the Angola / Portugal Forum and the Justice, Peace and Democracy Association.
